1. Services

CTO COPILOT provides AI strategy consulting and custom AI development services including:

  • AI Strategy & Consulting
  • Custom AI Agent Development
  • Process Automation Solutions
  • AI Application Development
  • AI Analytics & Insights

2. Engagement Process

Our engagement follows this process:

  1. Initial consultation and requirements gathering
  2. Proposal and statement of work agreement
  3. Project execution using our 30-day sprint methodology
  4. Delivery, testing, and deployment
  5. Support and maintenance (if contracted)

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required to commence work
  • Remaining balance due upon delivery
  • Net 15 payment terms unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices quoted in USD

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Client owns all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project
  • CTO COPILOT retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
  • Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses
  • Client data remains confidential and is not used for other purposes

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, data, and project details. Mutual NDAs are standard for all engagements. We do not use client data to train AI models or share information between clients.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We provide:

  • 30-day warranty on delivered software from completion date
  • Best effort support during development
  • Professional services in accordance with industry standards

Liability is limited to the total project value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice:

  • Client pays for work completed to termination date
  • CTO COPILOT delivers all work completed to that point
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination
  • No refunds for services already rendered

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Austin, Texas.
