Our engagement follows this process:

1. Initial consultation and requirements gathering
2. Proposal and statement of work agreement
3. Project execution
4. Delivery, testing, and deployment
5. Support and maintenance (if contracted)

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit required to commence work (amount specified in agreement)
• Remaining balance due upon delivery
• Payment terms as agreed in contract
• All prices quoted in USD

Upon full payment:

• Client owns all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project
• We retain rights to general methodologies and frameworks
• Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses
• Client data remains confidential and is not used for other purposes

We provide:

• Warranty on delivered software as specified in agreement
• Best effort support during development
• Professional services in accordance with industry standards

Liability is limited to the total project value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in agreement:

• Client pays for work completed to termination date
• We deliver all work completed to that point
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
• No refunds for services already rendered
